Sawasdee Spa Treatment Centre is a place to retreat your Body, Mind and Spirit.
To ensure you enjoy your time with us and for consideration of others, we request that visitors keep noise to a minimum. Mobile phones and other electronic devices are discouraged.
Advanced booking is highly recommended. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment, as late arrival will result in reducing your treatment time.
Please wear comfortable, light clothing. Disposal undergarments are available upon request.
Towel must be worn at all time during treatment.
If your are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart conditions, allergies or other medical complications, we suggest that you consult your G.P. Before signing up for our treatments.
Please inform our therapists of any medical conditions.
For the respect of Visitors Privacy and to avoid misunderstanding, private phone numbers must not be exchanged between Customers and Therapists.
The management and staff accept no responsibility for loss of money or valuable brought into the premises.
All prices and descriptions are correct at time and subject to availability.
If you are allergic to some products or part of product, you must let us know. Pamper Me Spa cannot be held responsible to any allergy reaction.
Our therapists have the right to refuse treatment or end a session if a therapist is made to feel uncomfortable at any time by the client or if the therapist deems the environment or situation to be unsafe or unsanitary. No refund Policy in this case !!!
We do not interrupt a clients massage or appointment to answer calls.
Management reserve the right to refuse clients as following: under alcohol, bad manners / impolite to our therapists.
Management reserve the right to change without prior notice.
Booking Procedures
It is recommended to make an appointment ahead of time, best is 2 weeks, 1 week or a couple of days, especialy when you know you will be free to be pampered.
Weekends and evenings are always busiest times and usually are booked out before the actual day itself. To avoid disappointment, it is advisable to book in advance. However, please feel free to call for last minute openings.
When making an appointment
When making your booking we will ask you for your name and contact number, preferably a mobile phone number. It’s imperative that we have a contact number from you, should any occasion arise that we may need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. Should you have booked your appointment ahead of time then we will text you, on your mobile to remind you of your times.
Should you refuse to give us a contact number then sorry, but we will not take your booking seriously – from previous experience it is those people that don’t provide a number that always do the ‘NO SHOW’, thing which we fail to find amusing when other people could have had that time!
If you call and we are busy and cannot get to the phone, we will call you back. Please leave your name and contact number and a brief message as to the purpose of your call and we will endeavour to get back to you ASAP, or you can always text us your enquiry.

Booking Procedures
How do I book an appointment?
The best is by the phone, or via text. You could fill the form to make a booking or an enquiry, but know that our reply could be a little bit longer than expected.
Special Arrangements
If you would like a special arrangement for yourself then you need to let us know at the time of your booking. Please feel free to bring along your favourite music that you find particularly relaxing to yourself, ( head-banging music doesn’t cut the mustard in a relaxing massaging environment sorry ) You may have special oils, creams or lotions you prefer for your massage, or to rub on after your wax for example.
We will reconfirm with you the day before your scheduled appointment with a text message on your mobile or by calling your land line number.
We do not interrupt a clients massage or appointment to answer calls.
Cancellation Policy
As a courtesy to ourself and other clients, we require the following notice for any date change or cancellation:
- 24-hour notice for appointments scheduled Monday through Friday
- 48-hour notice for Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays
Lateness
We encourage you to call and advise us should you be running late for any reason. Clients arriving late to their appointment and therefore encroaching on our next clients scheduled time, will forfeit a portion of their scheduled service yet they will be charged for the ENTIRE appointment.
No-Shows
Should you NOT SHOW UP for your appointment without calling, messaging, texting or contacting us in any way, then apart from us sticking hundreds of pins into a doll with your likeness, you WILL be charged for 100% of the service you booked for. You will also run the risk of being refused as a client from then on. (we do have other things to do or clients to see than to sit in the spa waiting for phantom clients)
